The hotel's location near the crystal clear waters of the Cretan sea was like being transported to a paradise beach right out of a postcard.

Our stay at Ariadne Beach hotel was a steal! The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely sea view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

Our stay at Ariadne Beach in Platanias was an absolute delight for our big family. The hotel's location right on the beach and in the heart of Platanias made it perfect for us. We loved how close it was to all the restaurants and the main street, allowing us to easily explore the area. The hotel itself offered a serene and relaxing atmosphere, with the option to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the peacefulness. The pool was a great addition, tucked away between the main building and the restaurant, providing shade during the hot hours. It was the ideal spot for us to cool down and enjoy some family time.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel installed nets on the windows to keep mosquitos out, especially for families with children.

The welcome at Ariadne Beach was mind-blowing, with complimentary goodies waiting in my room upon arrival. The staff went above and beyond to help me, even buying mosquito repellent for me. The balcony with partial sea view was nice, although a bit exposed. The staff were super friendly and I had no issues cooking in the kitchenette. The location was jaw-dropping, with everything I needed within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made me feel like a king with their amazing hospitality.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room at Ariadne Beach was cozy and comfortable, with a seating area that allowed us to relax after a tiring day exploring the beautiful Platanias. The private balcony added a touch of charm, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views.

For us, the only downside was the size of the room. It was a bit small, but that didn't hinder our overall experience.

Additionally, the hotel provided free sunbeds and offered beach towels for a small fee. The rooms were spacious with a small kitchen, balcony, and fridge. I had a fantastic experience at Ariadne Beach and would highly recommend it.

The pool is not located directly on the beach, but this did not bother us as we preferred the beach anyways.
